Description

Construction technics

1. Sandblast or shot blast the steel to Sa2.5 with a surface roughness of 30-50µm. The surface to be coated should be clean and free of oil, dust, rust, etc.

2. High-pressure airless spraying is recommended. Application should not be performed when the temperature is below 5°C or the humidity is above 80%. Application should also be avoided in rainy or snowy conditions.

3. The amount of water added for dilution should not exceed 10% (deionized water is recommended, but unpolluted tap water is also acceptable). Stir thoroughly before application.

4. The dry film thickness for a single spray coat should be approximately 50µm. Excessive thickness will cause sagging and affect the appearance of the paint film.

5. The first coat of paint should be completely dry before applying the second coat.

6. Water-based products must not be mixed with other organic solvents.

Storage and transportation:

The effective storage period of the main paint is 12 months, stored in a cool and ventilated place, the storage temperature: 5-30℃. During transportation, prevent cold, sunlight and rain. If the expiration date is exceeded, it can be tested according to the above technical indicators, if the technical requirements are met, it can still be used.
