Applications
It is suitable for use as a shop primer in pretreatment lines in shipyards and steel structure plants, and as an anti-rust paint for machinery and equipment. It can be used in conjunction with traditional topcoats such as phenolic and alkyd.

Construction technics
1. Sandblast or shot blast the steel to Sa2.5, with a surface roughness of 30-50µm.
2. For substrates with old paint (same type): Remove loose, ineffective old paint and rust, then polish to St3 using pneumatic or electric tools.
3. For welding, flame cutting, or correcting burnt areas: Polish to St3 using pneumatic or electric tools.
4. Application methods include brushing, roller coating, high-pressure airless spraying, and air spraying. Add the paint to an appropriate amount of solvent (our company's supplied solvent) and stir well to a viscosity of 40-60µS. Filter through an 80-120 mesh sieve and set aside.
5. The surface to be painted must be clean and free of oil, dust, rust, etc.
6. Before applying the second coat, the first coat must be completely dry. Leave at least 24 hours between coats, and the total dry film thickness must be at least 80µm.
7. After application, all tools used should be immediately rinsed with solvent to prevent drying.
Attention:
1. When diluting, apply in small amounts and multiple times.
2. The substrate temperature must be 3°C above the dew point, and the relative humidity must not exceed 80%. Application should not be made on rainy or snowy days.
3. Compatible with our company's various alkyd or phenolic topcoats.
4. This product is packaged in 25kg x 1 iron drum.
Storage and transportation:
The effective storage period of the product is 12 months, stored in a cool and ventilated place, storage temperature: 5-30℃. During transportation, prevent cold, sunlight exposure and rain. If the expiration date is exceeded, it can be tested according to the above technical indicators, if the technical requirements are met, it can still be used.
Safety guarding:
The construction site should have good ventilation facilities, and the painter should wear glasses, gloves, masks, etc., to avoid skin contact and inhalation of paint mist. Fire and smoke are strictly prohibited at the construction site.
