Description

Construction technics
1. Application can be done by roller coating, high-pressure airless spray, or air spray. Add the paint to an appropriate amount of solvent (our company supplies the solvent, and the proportions are as indicated on the certificate). Stir thoroughly to achieve a viscosity between 40-60 s. Filter through an 80-120 mesh sieve and allow to mature for 15 minutes before painting.
2. The surface to be painted should be clean and free of oil, dust, rust, etc.
3. Before applying the second coat, the first coat should be completely dry. Leave at least 24 hours between coats, and the dry film thickness should be 50-70 μm.
4. Protect any uncured coating to ensure coating quality.
5.After application, rinse all equipment with solvent immediately to prevent drying.
Attention:
1. When diluting, apply small amounts frequently. Keep the application dry and clean during application. Avoid contact with water, acids, alcohols, or alkalis.
2. The substrate temperature must be 3°C above the dew point, and the relative humidity must not exceed 80%. Application should not occur in rainy or snowy conditions. This product must be ready for use 7 days after application.
3. For use with our various epoxy zinc-rich primers, iron oxide epoxy rust-resistant primers, and epoxy micaceous iron intermediates.
4. This product is flammable and explosive; keep it away from sources of ignition.
5. The main paint is packaged in 20kg x 1 iron drum; the curing agent is packaged in 4kg x 1 iron drum.
Storage and transportation:
The effective storage period of the product is 12 months for paint and 6 months for curing agent. It should be stored in a cool and ventilated place with a storage temperature of 5-30℃. During transportation, it should be protected from cold, sunlight and rain. If the product exceeds the expiration date, it can be tested according to the above technical indicators. If it meets the technical requirements, it can still be used.
Safety guarding:
The construction site should have good ventilation facilities, and the painter should wear glasses, gloves, masks, etc., to avoid skin contact and inhalation of paint mist. Fire and smoke are strictly prohibited at the construction site.
