Construction technics
1. The surface to be painted should be sandblasted or shot-blasted to Sa2.5, with a surface roughness of 15-25µm. Pre-drain any accumulated water from the compressed air tank.
2. Application methods include air spraying or electrostatic spraying. Add the paint to an appropriate amount of solvent (our company's supplied solvent) and stir evenly to a viscosity of 40-60µS. Filter through a 100-120 mesh screen before painting.
3. Avoid contact with water or oil during paint preparation and application. Remaining paint containers must be tightly covered to prevent loss due to caking.
4. The surface of the painted object must be clean and free of oil, dust, rust, water, etc.
5. Depending on the type of paint and coating requirements, the film thickness of each coat should generally be controlled at approximately 15-25 microns. After air spraying, allow the paint to rest at room temperature for 15 minutes before drying in the oven. The total dry film thickness should be at least 50 μm.
6. Protect any uncured paint film to ensure coating quality.
7. After application, all tools used should be immediately rinsed with solvent to prevent the paint from drying out.
Attention:
1. When diluting, apply in small amounts and multiple times.
2. The substrate temperature must be 3°C above the dew point. During application, relative humidity should not exceed 85%.
3. Can be used in conjunction with our company's various epoxy and amino primers, or sprayed directly.
4. This product is flammable and explosive, so keep it away from sources of ignition.
5. This product is packaged in 20kg x 1 iron drums.
Storage and transportation:
The effective storage period of the product is 12 months, stored in a cool and ventilated place, storage temperature: 5-30℃. During transportation, prevent cold, sunlight exposure and rain. If the product exceeds the expiration date, it can be tested according to the above technical indicators, if the technical indicators are met, it can still be used.
Safety guarding:
The construction site should have good ventilation facilities, and the painter should wear glasses, gloves, masks, etc., to avoid skin contact and inhalation of paint mist. Fire and smoke are strictly prohibited at the construction site.
