Construction technics
1. The paint can be applied by brushing, rolling, high-pressure airless spraying, air spraying, etc. Add an appropriate amount of solvent to the paint (our company's supporting solvent, the proportion should be as indicated on the certificate), stir evenly, and make the viscosity between 40-60S; filter with an 80-120 mesh screen and mature for 15 minutes before painting.
2. The surface of the object to be painted should be clean, free of oil stains, floating dust, rust spots, etc.
3. When the second layer is sprayed, the first layer should be dry, at least 24 hours between the two layers, and the dry film thickness is 50-70μm.
4. Protect the coating film that has been constructed but not fully cured to ensure the quality of the coating.
5. After the construction is completed, the tools used should be immediately rinsed with solvent to prevent them from drying out.
Attention:
1. When mixing, follow the principle of small amount and multiple times; keep dry and clean during construction, and strictly prohibit contact with water, acid, alcohol, alkali, etc.;
2. The substrate temperature must be 3°C higher than the dew point, and the relative humidity must not exceed 80%. Construction is not suitable for rainy or snowy days. This product must be put into use 7 days after coating.It is used with various epoxy primers and epoxy iron intermediate paints of the company;
3. This product is inflammable and explosive, so keep away from fire source.
4. The main paint of this product is packaged in iron drum 20kg*1; the curing agent is packaged in iron drum 3.2kg*1.
Storage and transportation:
The product has an effective shelf life of 12 months for the paint and 6 months for the curing agent. Store in a cool, well-ventilated place at 5-30°C. Protect from extreme cold, sunlight, and rain during transportation. After the expiration date, the paint may be inspected according to the above technical indicators. If they meet the requirements, they may still be used.
