Construction technics
1. Sandblast or shot-blast the steel to Sa2.5, with a surface roughness of 30-50µm.
2. Application methods include brushing, roller coating, and high-pressure airless spraying. Add an appropriate amount of water to the paint and stir evenly to achieve a viscosity of 40-60µS. Filter through an 80-120 mesh sieve and allow to mature for 15 minutes before application.
3. The surface to be painted must be clean and free of oil, dust, rust, etc.
4. If a drying line is available during painting, dry the paint below 90°C to accelerate film drying, ensuring a leveling time of at least 15 minutes and a drying time of at least 25 minutes.
5. The first coat must be completely dry before the second spraying. Leave at least 24 hours between coats.
6. Do not mix with other paints or organic solvents during application to prevent deterioration. Immediately rinse all equipment with clean water to prevent drying.
Attention:
1. Dilute with water to avoid acidic properties. Apply small amounts frequently.
2. Mix thoroughly according to the ratio indicated on the certificate before use. Allow the paint to dissipate before application.
3. Do not apply when the temperature is below 5°C or the humidity is above 80%. Do not apply in rainy or snowy conditions.
4. Compatible with our water-based epoxy and water-based polyurethane topcoats, as well as solvent-based acrylic polyurethanes.
Storage and transportation:
The product has a shelf life of 6 months in a cool, well-ventilated place at a temperature of 5-30°C. During transportation, protect from extreme cold, sunlight, and rain. After the expiration date, the product can be inspected according to the above technical indicators. If it meets the requirements, it can still be used.
Safety guarding:
The construction site should have good ventilation facilities, and the painter should wear glasses, gloves, masks, etc., to avoid skin contact and inhalation of paint mist. Fire and smoke are strictly prohibited at the construction site.
