Description

Good weather resistance, hard paint film, good adhesion, bright and full. Good resistance to wear, acid, water, oil, heat, etc. Nuo uses aliphatic isocyanate and hydroxyl-containing acrylic resin as base materials, and is combined with weather-resistant pigments and additives to form a two-component high-performance anti-corrosion topcoat.

Applications

It is suitable for coating steel structures and repairing and maintaining existing substrates in a variety of environments, including offshore facilities, chemical and petrochemical plants, and bridges. It can also be used for corrosion protection of ships, containers, train carriages, and automobiles.

Construction technics

1. Application can be done by brush, roller, high-pressure airless spray, or air-assisted spray. Add the paint to an appropriate amount of solvent (our company supplies the solvent, and the proportions are as indicated on the certificate), stir evenly, and bring the viscosity to 40-60s. Filter through an 80-120 mesh sieve and allow to mature for 15 minutes before painting.

2. The surface to be painted should be clean and free of oil, dust, rust, etc.

3. Before applying the second coat, the first coat should be completely dry. Leave at least 24 hours between coats, and the dry film thickness should be 50-70μm.

4. Protect any uncured coating to ensure coating quality.

5. Immediately rinse all equipment with solvent after application to prevent drying.

Attention:

1. When diluting, apply small amounts frequently. Keep the application dry and clean during application. Avoid contact with water, acids, alcohols, or alkalis.

2. The substrate temperature must be 3°C above the dew point, and the relative humidity must not exceed 80%. Application should not be made in rainy or snowy conditions. This product must be ready for use 7 days after application.

3. For use with our company's various epoxy primers and epoxy micaceous iron intermediates.

4. This product is flammable and explosive, so keep it away from sources of ignition.

5. The main paint is packaged in a 20kg x 1 iron drum; the curing agent is packaged in a 3.2kg x 1 iron drum.

Storage and transportation:

The product has an effective shelf life of 12 months for the paint and 6 months for the curing agent. Store in a cool, well-ventilated place at 5-30°C. Protect from extreme cold, sunlight, and rain during transportation. After the expiration date, the paint may be inspected according to the above technical indicators. If they meet the requirements, they may still be used.

Safety guarding:

The construction site should have good ventilation facilities, and the painter should wear glasses, gloves, masks, etc., to avoid skin contact and inhalation of paint mist. Fire and smoke are strictly prohibited at the construction site.
