Construction technics
1. Waterproof treatment: generally the first floor ground needs to be waterproofed.
2. Base treatment: polish, repair and dust removal according to the condition of the base.
3. Epoxy primer: use epoxy sealing paint with strong penetration and adhesion to enhance surface adhesion.
4. Epoxy intermediate coating: stir epoxy sealing paint and auxiliary materials evenly, requiring uniformly, flat, no holes, and apply once according to actual needs.
5. Epoxy paste: several times according to the design needs, strive for flatness in order to facilitate surface coating construction.
6. Epoxy floor coating: epoxy floor coating is applied with the color specified by the customer, and apply at least one layer using trowel coating method, requiring uniformly, flat, uniform color and no hollowing.
7. Ready for operation: people can step on after 24 hours of construction and can be used for heavy pressure after 72 hours(the curing time should be appropriately extended when the temperature is lower than 20°C).
Attention:
1. The substrate should be properly neutralized. The water content of the substrate before brushing should be less than 10%, the PH value should be less than 8, and the surface should be clean without water, mud and other dirt.
2. It can be applied by troweling, rolling, air spraying and other methods. Add appropriate amount of solvent to the coating (Our company's matching solvent, AB group according to the ratio marked on the certificate) and stir evenly to make the viscosity between 40-60S; filter with 80-120 mesh screen and mature for 15 minutes before construction.
3. Please do not construct under the temperature of 5°C.
4. The coating is packaged in iron drum 20kg*1, and the curing agent is packaged in iron drum 5kg*1.
Safety guarding:
The construction site should have good ventilation facilities, and the painter should wear glasses, gloves, masks, etc., to avoid skin contact and inhalation of paint mist. Fire is strictly prohibited at the construction site.
