Description

Construction technics
1. Primer-coated steel surfaces require additional rust removal.
2. Application methods include roller coating or high-pressure airless spraying (conventional spraying is not recommended). Add the paint to an appropriate amount of solvent (our company's solution) and stir thoroughly. Filter through an 80-120 mesh screen.
3. The surface to be painted should be clean and free of oil, dust, rust, etc.
4. The next coat of paint can be applied after the previous one has completely dried. The interval between coats should be 24 hours, and the topcoat should not exceed 30 days. The total dry film thickness should be no less than 90μm.
5. After application, the coating should be cured for 8-10 days. During this curing period, appropriate protection should be provided to prevent damage to the coating caused by rain.
Attention:
1. When diluting, apply small amounts frequently (our company provides a special solvent).
2. The substrate temperature must be 3°C above the dew point, and the relative humidity must not exceed 70%. Do not apply in rainy or snowy conditions.
3. For use with our company's alkyd anti-rust paint, alkyd topcoat, and other paints.

The effective storage period of the product is 12 months, stored in a cool and ventilated place, storage temperature: 5-30℃. During transportation, prevent cold, sunlight and rain.
