Construction technics
1. Waterproofing Work: Generally, the first floor requires waterproofing.
2. Floor Treatment: Sand, repair, and dust-remove the floor according to its condition.
3. Epoxy Primer: Apply a single coat of epoxy sealer with exceptionally strong penetration and adhesion to enhance surface adhesion.
4. Epoxy Midcoat: Mix the epoxy sealer and auxiliary materials thoroughly, ensuring a uniform, smooth, and void-free surface. Apply once as needed.
5. Epoxy Primer: Apply several coats as required, striving for a smooth surface to facilitate topcoat application.
6. Epoxy Topcoat: Apply epoxy resin in the customer's specified color, using a single trowel. Ensure a uniform, smooth, and color-matched surface with no hollows.
7. Delivery: After completion, the work may be occupied 24 hours prior to completion and pressed 72 hours prior to completion (curing time may need to be extended if the temperature is below 20°C).
Attention:
1. Neutralize the base material appropriately. Before painting, ensure the substrate has a moisture content of no more than 10% and a pH value no greater than 8. Ensure the surface is clean and free of water, mud, and other contaminants.
2. Application methods include troweling, rolling, and air spraying. Add the paint to an appropriate amount of solvent (our company's active solvent, AB group, use the ratio indicated on the certificate) and stir thoroughly to a viscosity between 40 and 60 s. Filter through an 80-120 mesh sieve and allow to mature for 15 minutes before application.
3. Do not apply in temperatures below 5°C.
This product is packaged in 25kg iron drums and 5kg hardener drums.
Safety guarding:
The construction site should have good ventilation facilities, and the painter should wear glasses, gloves, masks, etc., to avoid skin contact and inhalation of paint mist. Fire and smoke are strictly prohibited at the construction site.
