Construction technics
1. Sandblast or shot blast the steel to Sa2.5, with a surface roughness of 30-50µm.
2. Application methods include brushing, roller coating, and high-pressure airless spraying. Add an appropriate amount of water to the paint and stir evenly to achieve a viscosity of 40-60µS. Filter through an 80-120 mesh screen before application.
3. The surface to be painted must be clean and free of oil, dust, rust, etc.
4. If a drying line is available during painting, dry the paint below 90°C to accelerate film drying. Allow at least 15 minutes for leveling and 25 minutes for drying.
5. The first coat must be completely dry before the second spraying. Leave at least 24 hours between coats.
6. Do not mix with other paints or organic solvents during application to prevent deterioration. Immediately rinse all equipment with clean water to prevent drying.
Attention:
1. Avoid acidic dilution when diluting with water. Use small amounts frequently.
2. Store leftover paint separately and maintain a pH of 7.5-8.5 before reuse.
3. Do not apply when the temperature is below 5°C or the humidity is above 80%. Do not apply in rainy or snowy conditions.
4. Compatible with other topcoats from our company.
Storage and transportation:
The effective storage period of the product is 6 months, stored in a cool and ventilated place, storage temperature: 5-30℃. During transportation, prevent cold, sunlight exposure and rain. If the expiration date is exceeded, it can be tested according to the above technical indicators, if the technical requirements are met, it can still be used.
Safety guarding:
The construction site should have good ventilation facilities, and painters should wear glasses, gloves, masks, etc. to avoid skin contact and inhalation of paint mist.
