Description

Construction technics

1. The primed substrate surface must be clean, dry, and free of dirt. If applying over an existing epoxy or polyester paint film, the old paint surface should be roughened.

2. Application methods include brushing, roller coating, and high-pressure airless spraying. Add an appropriate amount of water to the paint and stir evenly to a viscosity of 40-60 s. Filter through an 80-120 mesh sieve and allow to mature for 15 minutes before application.

3. The surface to be painted must be clean and free of oil, dust, rust, and other stains.

4. If a drying line is used during painting, dry the paint below 90°C to accelerate drying, ensuring a leveling time of at least 15 minutes and a drying time of at least 25 minutes.

5. The first coat should be completely dry before the second spraying. Leave at least 24 hours between coats.

6. Avoid mixing with other paints or organic solvents during application to prevent deterioration. Immediately rinse all equipment with clean water to prevent drying.

Attention:

1. Dilute with water to avoid acidic content. Apply small amounts frequently.

2. Mix thoroughly according to the ratio indicated on the certificate before use. Allow the paint to dissipate before application.

3. Do not apply when the temperature is below 5°C or the humidity is above 80%. Do not apply in rainy or snowy conditions.

4. Compatible with our water-based epoxy topcoat, water-based polyurethane topcoat, and solvent-based acrylic polyurethane topcoat.

Storage and transportation:

The effective storage period of the product is 6 months, stored in a cool and ventilated place, storage temperature: 5-30℃. During transportation, prevent cold, sunlight and rain. If the product exceeds the expiration date, it can be tested according to the above technical indicators, and if it meets the technical requirements, it can still be used.

Safety guarding:

The construction site should have good ventilation facilities, and the painter should wear glasses, gloves, masks, etc., to avoid skin contact and inhalation of paint mist. Fire and smoke are strictly prohibited at the construction site.
