Description

Construction technics
1. Application methods include brushing, roller coating, high-pressure airless spraying, and air-assisted spraying. Add the paint to an appropriate amount of solvent (our company's solvents and the ratio of A to B should be as specified on the certificate), stir thoroughly, and achieve a viscosity between 40 and 60 seconds. Filter through an 80-120 mesh sieve and allow to mature for 15 minutes before applying.
2. During paint mixing and coating, contact with water, acids, or alcohols is strictly prohibited. Component A reacts easily with water, alcohol, and other substances. The container containing any remaining component A after mixing must be tightly covered to prevent caking and loss.
3. The surface to be painted must be clean and free of oil, dust, or rust.
4. Before applying the second coat, the first coat must be completely dry. Allow at least 24 hours between coats, and the total dry film thickness must be at least 60 μm.
5. Protect any uncured coating film to ensure coating quality.
6. Immediately rinse all equipment with solvent after application to prevent drying.
Attention:
1. When diluting, apply small amounts frequently.
2. The substrate temperature must be 3°C above the dew point. The relative humidity should not exceed 85% during application and curing. Otherwise, severe blistering of the paint film will occur. Application should not be made in rainy or snowy conditions.
3. Application should not be made when the temperature is below 0°C, as the curing reaction will cease.
4. For use with our company's various epoxy primers and epoxy iron oxide intermediates.
5. This product is flammable and explosive, so keep away from sources of ignition.
6. This product is packaged in 20kg iron drums for the main paint and 3.2kg iron drums for the curing agent.
Storage and transportation:
The effective storage period of the product is 12 months, stored in a cool and ventilated place, storage temperature: 5-30℃. During transportation, prevent cold, sunlight exposure and rain. If the expiration date is exceeded, it can be tested according to the above technical indicators, if the technical requirements are met, it can still be used.
Safety guarding:
The construction site should have good ventilation facilities, and the painter should wear glasses, gloves, masks, etc., to avoid skin contact and inhalation of paint mist. Fire and smoke are strictly prohibited at the construction site.
