Description
The paint film has low permeability to water vapor and oxygen, offering excellent water resistance and corrosion resistance.
Dries quickly, several times faster than alkyd paint.

The paint film layers are inter-soluble, resulting in excellent interlayer adhesion. When repainting over an old chlorinated rubber film, there's no need to remove the old, solid film, making repairs easy.

Construction technics
1. Application can be done by brush, roller, high-pressure airless spray, or air-assisted spray. Add the paint to an appropriate amount of solvent (our company's supplied solvent) and stir thoroughly to achieve a viscosity of 40-60 s. Filter through an 80-120 mesh sieve before applying.
2. The surface should be clean and free of oil, dust, rust, etc.
3. Before applying the second coat, the first coat should be completely dry. A minimum of 6 hours should be allowed between coats, ensuring a dry film thickness of at least 80 μm.
4. Protect any uncured coating to ensure coating quality.
5.After application, rinse all equipment with solvent immediately to prevent drying.
Attention:
1. When diluting, apply small amounts frequently.
2. The substrate temperature must be 3°C above the dew point, and the relative humidity must not exceed 80%. Application should not be made on rainy or snowy days.
3. For use with our company's chlorinated rubber primer, chlorinated rubber intermediate, iron oxide red epoxy rust-resistant primer, and epoxy micaceous iron intermediate.
4. This product is packaged in 23kg x 1 iron drum.
Storage and transportation:
The effective storage period of the product is 12 months, stored in a cool and ventilated place, storage temperature: 5-30℃. During transportation, prevent cold, sunlight exposure and rain. If the expiration date is exceeded, it can be tested according to the above technical indicators, if the technical requirements are met, it can still be used.
Safety guarding:
The construction site should have good ventilation facilities, and the painter should wear glasses, gloves, masks, etc., to avoid skin contact and inhalation of paint mist. Fire and smoke are strictly prohibited at the construction site.
