Description

The coating has good interlayer adhesion and excellent water and chemical resistance. It can be used as an intermediate layer of anti-corrosion paint in conjunction with a variety of topcoats.

Construction technics

1. Steel surfaces coated with shop primer require additional rust removal.

2. Application methods include roller coating and high-pressure airless spraying (conventional spraying is not recommended). Add the paint to an appropriate amount of solvent (our company's solution) in the ratio A to B according to the certificate, mix thoroughly, filter through an 80-120 mesh screen, and allow to mature for 10 minutes before application.

3. The surface to be painted should be clean and free of oil, dust, rust, etc.

4. The next coat can be applied after the previous coat has completely dried. The interval between coats should be 24 hours, and the topcoat should not exceed 30 days. The total dry film thickness should be greater than 90μm.

5. After application, the coating should be cured for 8-10 days at temperatures below 10°C, 5-7 days at temperatures between 10-30°C, and 3-5 days at temperatures above 30°C. During the curing period, proper protection should be provided to prevent damage to the coating caused by rain.

Attention:

1. When diluting, use small amounts frequently (our company provides a dedicated solvent).

2. The substrate temperature must be 3°C above the dew point, and the relative humidity must not exceed 70%. Do not apply in rainy, snowy conditions, or when the temperature drops below 5°C.

3. For use with our company's epoxy primers, zinc-rich epoxy, epoxy topcoats, acrylic polyurethane topcoats, and aliphatic polyurethane topcoats.

4. This product is packaged in 30kg iron drums for the main paint and 3kg iron drums for the curing agent.

Storage and transportation:

The effective storage period of the product is 12 months, stored in a cool and ventilated place, storage temperature: 5-30℃. During transportation, prevent cold, sunlight exposure and rain. If the expiration date is exceeded, it can be tested according to the above technical indicators, if the technical requirements are met, it can still be used.

Safety guarding:

The construction site should have good ventilation facilities, and the painter should wear glasses, gloves, masks, etc., to avoid skin contact and inhalation of paint mist. Fire and smoke are strictly prohibited at the construction site.
